Privacy policy

Orbit is made by BLS Tech LLC. It is designed so that we learn as little about you as possible. This page says what we do and do not collect, in plain words.

The short version

This website

agentorbit.app is a static site. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time for security and operations.

Buying a plan

Checkout runs on Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects your email address, billing country and payment details, calculates and remits tax, and issues your license key and receipts. Polar's own privacy policy applies to that data. We receive your email address, the plan you bought and the license key so we can support you and check the key. We do not receive your card number.

The apps

The Mac, iPhone and Linux apps make their own encryption keys on the device and keep them there. They connect to the relay you choose. Settings, Notes and Usage live on your devices. The apps send no analytics or crash reports to us.

Talk's router uses your own Claude Code login or an Anthropic API key you provide; those requests go from your Mac to Anthropic under their terms, not through us. Voice input uses on-device speech recognition.

The hosted relay

If you use the Hosted Relay at relay.agentorbit.app, our server stores for your account: your license key, each device's public key (which is its device id), hashes of one-time pairing tickets while they are valid, and push handles for your phones. It forwards sealed messages between your devices and does not store their content; the content is encrypted with a key only your devices hold. The relay sees when devices are online and the timing and size of messages. Operational logs are kept briefly and contain device ids, not content.

The push gateway

push.agentorbit.app receives, from relays, a license key, an opaque phone handle and a sealed push payload, and forwards the payload to Apple's push service. It stores push handles (which encode an Apple device token so that relays never see it) and short-lived rate-limit counters. It cannot read push content. Apple receives the sealed payload and your device token under Apple's terms.

Email

If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
